2006 Accreditation to supervise research (HDR) in Information and
Communication Science.
2008 Qualified to become full professor in Information and
Communication Science.

Types of studies carried out:
- Empirical evaluations (experiments with user participation): design
tests (experimental validation), diagnosis of user habits (critical
incidents, questionnaires).
- Analytical evaluations (without user input). Formal models (task
analysis), comparative evaluations, expert evaluations, analysis of
expert activities.
